Local information and things to do:

We have an information folder available in the house, with information on Nazaré and its surroundings.

The house is located in a quiet new housing estate approximately 1500 metres from the beach.

A minibus, which runs every 30 minutes, will take you to the lower town of Nazaré or to the beach.

There is a bakery, pub and a small supermarket close to the property (within 200 metres). At a distance of 500 metres you will find a big shopping mall with a large supermarket, clothes shop, chemist’s etc

There’s much to do with swimming (there is also an indoor pool which is ideal for people who want to spend the winter in Nazaré), excellent golf courses in Peniche and Obidos, various tennis courts, a skatepark, a health centre with a sauna and the possibility to do sports, a large aquapark with various swimming pools and slides, a cinema, a theatre and all the attractions of a seaside resort.

Nazaré also offers a number of monuments and musea worth visiting.
