Prices:

All prices include bed-linen, kitchen-  and bathtowels, electricity, gas/water, heating and cleaning.

We require a deposit of € 100,- that will be refunded in cash upon your departure

Terms of payment: A down payment straight after your booking and the remainder 3 weeks before arrival at the latest.

Monthly rates for hibernators by mutual agreement.

In the high season (july and august) the arrival- and departure dates are on Saturday and Sunday.

Check in time: from 15.00 hrs.

Check out time: before 10.00 hrs.
